Our institution offers National Health Insurance (NEAK)-funded specialist practices several times a week, which provide complete EESZT-compatible healthcare services for our patients. This service is primarily for the children and patients attending our institution, who require a specialist physican’s medication recommendation, verification of their disability, prescription for appliances or therapies, all of which is available this way without needing to leave the institution. Consultations require prior referrals, but control examinations are also available, as well as transferring the patient to another specialist or filing a referral. We have to specialists, who are always available during their consulting hours, but they also accept prior appointments anytime on the phone (+36/52 530-027, +36/52 314-451), in person or by leaving a filled-in form in the waiting room’s mailbox. We have a medical assistant available every day of the week (for 8 hours), but the doctor’s office is also equipped with modern life-saving appliances such as automatic defibrillator, oxygen concentrator, etc., all of which are now indispensable during first aid. Our school health service also part of a school nurse network, which makes it possible that we can join compulsory screenings, vaccinations, as well as vaccination campaigns.
